Deirdre’ Hedrick

Deirdre’ Hedrick has been the sole owner of a permanent cosmetic business for the last six years servicing the Clear Lake, Pasadena and Deer Park areas.  She is experienced in the application of eyebrow, eyeliner and lip permanent cosmetics.

“I am so passionate about women looking their best at every stage of their lives.” Permanent Cosmetics allows women to look their best by shading in the eyebrows that have gotten thinner or were plucked too thin at an early age. Beautiful soft brows are the frames for your eyes.

“Eyes are the entrance to your soul”, Deirdre stated.  Permanent eyeliner brightens the eyes and enhances their shape. Lips are the frame for your smile. Permanently frame your smile with permanent cosmetics.
