Spa Policies

Protection Of Our Integrity

Beyond Beauté Day Spa supports the integrity of our employees and this establishment, therefore, we reserve the right to decline service to anyone who we feel has acted out, voiced or has given an impression which we view as inappropriate or demeans our reputation and environment.


We recommend making spa reservations for treatments and services at least two to three weeks in advance to allow for your desired appointment time. However, spa services are available on a daily basis by appointment in limited time slots. For your convenience, we also recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa.

Cancellation Policy

Our technicians reserve their time for your appointment. At least 12 hours advanced notice would be greatly appreciated for cancellations or any appointments that need to be rescheduled. All packages require a 48 hour notice. If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, a fee may be charged to the card on file equal to 50% of the total service(s) scheduled. A “no show” will be charged the full value of the service(s). Thank you for your understanding.


If it is your first time or you are having a massage, facial or body treatment, please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and changing. If you are running late to your scheduled service(s), please notify us so we can make the necessary adjustments. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

Amenities & Dress Code

Lockers with combination locks are provided for guests of our Clear Lake location that are receiving multiple services. Although our lockers do have security combinations, we suggest leaving your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Beyond Beaute will not be held responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.

We provide terry cloth robes and towels to all clients receiving a Spa Package. You may also bring a bathing suit to change into for your service. Bathing suits are required for men receiving body treatments.


To ensure a healthy environment for our clients, smoking is not permitted at either of our spa facilities.

Cell Phone Use

To support a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy, we try to leave everyday stressors outside our doors. Please help by turning off your cell phone device upon entering the spa. Should you need to make a phone call, please step outside as to not interrupt other guest’s experience.

Gratuity & Payment

Tips are not included, but are greatly appreciated when service is exceptional.

Forms of payment that are accepted are as follows: cash, checks (with proper ID), American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Spa Week gift cards, Beyond Beaute gift cards and e-certificates, and debit cards. If you are paying by gift card or gift certificate, we ask that you present it upon check-in.


Our goal is to create a relaxing environment for each of our guests. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the spa treatment areas unless they are receiving a service. If you must bring a child with you to your service, they may not be left unattended.

Return Policy

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving the item. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged. Shipping and Handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or a letter stating your name, address, order number and the reason for the return. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. For your protection, we suggest you use U.S. Priority Mail when returning an item. Do not hesitate to call or fax us if you have any problems with our merchandise.
