Beyond Beauté Day Spa supports the integrity of our employees and this establishment, therefore, we reserve the right to decline service to anyone who we feel has acted out, voiced or has given an impression which we view as inappropriate or demeans our reputation and environment.
We recommend making spa reservations for treatments and services at least two to three weeks in advance to allow for your desired appointment time. However, spa services are available on a daily basis by appointment in limited time slots. For your convenience, we also recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa.
If it is your first time or you are having a massage, facial or body treatment please plan to arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and changing. If you are running late, please notify us so we can make the necessary adjustments. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
Our Technicians reserve their time for your appointment, a 12 hour advance notice would be greatly appreciated for cancellation or rescheduling. All packages require a 48 hour notice. If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given a fee will be charged equal to 50% of the total service(s) scheduled. A “no show” will be charged full value. Thank you for your understanding.
For Our Spa Packages we provide terry cloth robes and towels. You may bring a bathing suit. Bathing suits are required for men receiving body treatments.
Smoking – To ensure a healthy environment for our clients smoking is not permitted.
To Support a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy, we try to leave everyday stresses outside our doors. Please help by leaving these devices turned off upon entering the spa. Thanks for your support.
Tips are not included, but are greatly appreciated when service is exceptional. Forms of payment that are accepted are as follows: Cash, Checks (with proper ID), American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Debit cards.
All Gift Cards and Gift Certificates must be presented at time of check-in.
Our Goal is to create a relaxing environment for each of you. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the Spa unless they are having a service. This will allow you and others to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
You may return an item in its Original Condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving that item. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged. Shipping and Handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or a letter stating your name, address, order number and the reason for the return. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest you use U.S. Priority Mail when returning an item for your protection.
